Late registrations are charged the full fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u274c<\/strong><strong> Cancellation and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Notify organisers <strong>in writing<\/strong> if you need to cancel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>On or before 1 March 2027:<\/strong> 50% refund of registration fees, including lunch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>After 1 March 2027:<\/strong> no refunds.
