On Wednesday, 28th, delegates may choose from five different excursions, each priced at \u20ac60. Alternatively, we are organizing a complimentary Archaeological Guided Tour of the city of Salamanca. - We accept credit card payments<\/strong> for all Congress fees.<\/li>\n
- \ud83c\udfaf Early Bird discount:<\/strong> only valid if payment is received by 23:59 on 10 December 2026<\/strong>. Late registrations are charged the full fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\u274c<\/strong> Cancellation and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Notify organisers in writing<\/strong> if you need to cancel.<\/li>\n
- On or before 1 March 2027:<\/strong> 50% refund of registration fees, including lunch.<\/li>\n
- After 1 March 2027:<\/strong> no refunds. Trips\/excursions are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- No refunds for non-attendance.<\/li>\n
- \ud83d\uded1 Congress cancellation:<\/strong> all registration fees refunded, but organisers disclaim any further liability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\ud83d\udd04<\/strong> Changes to the Congress and Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- The organisers may change the programme, speakers, dates, or venue<\/strong> for reasons beyond their control.<\/li>\n
