- Fees (includes coffee breaks and buffet lunch on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; Wednesday is not included):
- Full Price: €300
- Early Bird (until 10 December 2026): €250
- Student: €175
- Student Early Bird (until 10 December 2026): €125
- Accompanying Person: €100
- Excursions: €60 each
Once you have completed the registration form, an email will be sent to you with links to a secure payment site. Your registration will be confirmed once the registration fee has been paid.
Coffee Breaks and Lunch
Coffee breaks and lunches throughout the week are included in the registration fee (Wednesday is not included).
Cultural Program & Excursions
The cultural program is free of charge, but registering for activities helps us plan them effectively. Information on the activities in the cultural program can be found here. On Wednesday, delegates may choose from seven different excursions, with prices ranging from €0 (free) to €60. Detailed descriptions of these excursions can be found in the corresponding section (Day Trips).
